Itinerary description

This is a trip going round 1/2 of Trihonida lake perimeter. The trip starts and ends at Dogri. The trail is actually passing very close to the natural borders of the lake, as those are set at the moment of the trip, by the reed plantation.
The lake can offer a good kayaking environment for practice of long distance under calm waters if the weather is not windy. The size of the lake can make the waters very tricky if there is a high wind (higher than 3 Beaufort)
Extra caution should be taken on the choice of the weather!
Other than that the lake has very few natural scenery surprises to offer and a some restaurant where you can enjoy the local fish delicacy which is Atherina.
