Itinerary description
From Hipica Prats, we followed the river on an easy track. The first 10km were very flat as we came through the valley.
We arrived at Guiles de Cerdanya and stopped for a rest just before the village.
After Guiles, we followed a track off the main road and arrived in France! This marks one month since we started our ride in Valderrobres, Spain.
Passing through the village, we started a steep ascent up the mountain. The track is narrow and steep but not bad footing.
At the top, we follow the paved road until Fanes which leads into the Camí de Dorres. This is another difficult track with many slippery rocks and steep slopes.
We finally make it down to the village of Dorres and find a lovely place to stay at Nevada Paddock. Great people and a massive paddock for Belle.
