After having made the march through the Makiki Valley and having eaten in Honolulu's Chinatown, we took the car to cover a good part of the south and east coast of Oahu, and thus be able to reach the Kualoa ranch. The large parking space that the ranch has and the generous store that you must go through, before heading to the stables, are striking. Many people in the store buying all kinds of objects and souvenirs from the island, who were waiting like us to take the tour, either on horseback or on a quad. After a strong downpour, so frequent and normal in these islands, we started the tour. More than ten people led by a friendly Brazilian cowboy named Ronal. The route runs parallel to the coast for the first few kilometers and along the paths of a large ranch that, in addition to having an important stable of horses, also has heads of cattle. After just over two kilometers we change from north to west to enter an almost magical corner, due to its beauty, in which, according to what they tell us, movies such as Jurassic Park and Gozilla have been shot. In this beautiful place and always guided by Ronal, we will make a circular route of just over three kilometers in which you can enjoy views and a landscape that only on islands like these, carved by the action of volcanoes, can be contemplate. We also came across a group that preferred to do the tour on a quad instead of on horseback. After enjoying this unique spot for an hour, the whole group returned along the same path we came on, on the back of some horses that have proven to be the most docile and easy to ride.
In total, a little over two hours of horseback riding, which according to Ronal have the blood of American horses and are called half a mile, and for which you only had to pull the reins from time to time to prevent them from eating by the way.

Excelente. Nos gustaria hacerla. Es corta. Desde Rep. Dom.
