Itinerary description
From Zinal to Cabane de Petit Mountet, followed by a high loop back over the alpages to Sorrebois lift station.
Most of the trails are easy but the section in the high alpages are sometimes with steep mountain slopes requiring secure footing.
The views of the Zinal gletcher, matterhorn, ober gabelhorn, weisshorn and besso are stunning.
Good supply of water all along the tour.
We took the Sorebois cable car down at the end but of course you can also walk this.
The cabane Petit Mountet has good Apricot pie
