Itinerary description
A very long loop trail to the lower part to Zeelim creek from Massada. The trail cross a few dry creeks before reaching the top of the spectacular Zeelim creek, than descending to the creek bed and following it out. Finally returning to the footsteps of Massada and climbing back to the starting point. The path along the creek bed is very rocky and requires negotiating between and on top large boulders. The last section back to Massada is very steep and tiring (though short). Desert ibex and birds are spotted along the way. A visit to Massada is highly recommended.
