Itinerary description
You can start near Sacre Coeur Church in Qornet el Hamra or at the second church (starting point on the map).
First part downhill inside the forest in Qornet el Hamra to reach the industrial area; passing by olive and pine trees with Jeita view.
Second part downhill inside Zakrit forest to reach Nahr el Kalb river; passing by Tanit venue and Mar Abda Church with Jeita and river view.
Third part is the easiest, you’ll walk along the river between the trees (orange, avocado, passion fruit, banana, lemon, etc…); also you’ll pass near old bridges and mills.
Ending point at an old bridge near the water pumps.
