Itinerary description
The walk is not hard or difficult, but long if you go the full distance, like we. You can drive with the car direct to Ano Klidonia, the road is paved and in good condition (Mai 2015).

Easy to follow
Scenery
Moderate
Lovely walk with good views across to the Vikos gorge and Papingo rocks. When the trail gets to the top of the mountain, do not follow the track down but look for a path heading off to the right. In May the flowers were beautiful, fields of yellow and purple orchids.
Plenty of cafes and restaurants in Papingo for refreshment.
Parking at Ano Klidonia is limited.
The roads and trails are still good standard end of May 2023.
