After the hard climb of the previous day this section seems simple, but given the amount of snow and the steep final descent, it is not so much. The trail is non-existent covered by snow, so you have to cling to the tracking as if you were life in it. Even more complicated would have been to take the route originally planned by North Dame. Endless zigzag between the snow and the pines, orientation to ear thanks to the streams. From the 2200 mt to the almost 2400 mt that is reached is practically all snow, up to almost 2000 mt by the north face of Snow Cree seen
