Itinerary description
A moderate level day-hike on the Israel national trail. The day starts at Yorke'am spring, a very large water hole, beautiful when full with water. Then following the Khatira deep dry creek using ladders to decend to it's bottom. The trail continues to up Yamin creek to an ancient fortress overlooking the old merchant trail. The day ends with a viewpoint overlooking the small makhtesh (Khatzera crater).
