Itinerary description
Bucegi mountains. Very big snow. Cold, around -6 C degrees and partially sunny.
We started the hike very close to our accommodation place, going up on a incline sector through a winter trees forest and after we continued the trail on a ridge, toward Moeciu de Sus village. Because of the very big snow, in some places probably around 1 m deep, the hike was a bit difficult. But the way back to the accommodation place was relaxing, just following the asphalt road. On the way back we stopped to have a hot tuica (țuica)... not just one, they where some shots of hot tuica. For our health and also some noroc (good luck)!
The funny thing was that we had snowshoes, touring skis and boots, but we left the equipment in the car... I don't know at what I was thinking, but it was a stupid thing to not take the equipment with us...
After all... ALL GOOD! Amazing place, we enjoyed at maximum!
