Itinerary description
Easy walk around Winchcombe.
The beggining of the walk is not very beautiful but once you pass the industrial zone and go towards Posslip Hill Farm becomes a nice beautiful walk.
You pass the source of the river Isbourne and then uphill to Cleeve Hill, the highest point in the Cotswolds. The uphill is very gentle. When you leave behind the valley of the Isbourne you arrive to a very flat plateau with many paths crossing. The Cleeve Hill top point is close to the parking, you can find it easily pointing to the antennas next to it. After the parking you go along the wall until you find the toipographic point. To go back to Winchcombe continue, turn left when the bushes at the left hand side finish, then is all way down.
