Itinerary description
9.34 mile hike with good elevation changes that are mostly gradual. half the trail runs along a creek bed and crosses the bed numerous times. Other half has more elevation change but nothing that is too difficult.. Creek bed was mostly dry when we hiked but could create multipke water crossings during a wet period or following a rain. Views or the Meramec river are obstructed even with no foliage. Camping sites throughout the trail
