At Cave Mountain Lake Campground, Virginia.
US Forest Service run. About 10 miles from town of Natural Bridge and Natural Bridge State Park. Their description is 4 miles in about 3 hours. We walked slowly though. A Campground host warned us that rattlesnakes and copperhead snakes can be found along the trail. We didn't see any.
