Two hour walk:
Drive down to the the Monastery Agiou Andrea and take the coast path across the gorge to your left as you face the sea. Walk along to Kouroumalos Beach and Gorge and explore. NB: Before you reach the beach take the upper path across the rocks. The goat paths are very slippery and you need a head for heights.
Five Hour Walk
It is possible to walk back to your car along the gorge road, in which case I recommend leaving your car in Kouroumalos. The walk down to the monastery should be done at the beginning and not at the end when you are tired.
