Did this year's ago - 1990s. I remember it as being Sandy, flat, mostly exposed, following the Batsto River. Interesting area.

You are thinking of the other direction from Batsto to Quaker Bridge along the Batsto River. No river heading south on the Batona Trail from Batsto, just sand roads and pine trees :)
