Itinerary description
Werfa is the highest point in Bridgend and is located just off the A4107 a few miles east of Cymmer. There is a small cutting to put 1-2 cars at the start location. Simply walk down the road to the first bend and then leave it on the left and go steeply uphill heading SW for the wind turbine. Once you get to the top of the hill there is a service road for the turbine. Cross it to get to a nearby fence. There are no styles but you cross the fence and keep heading SW to the radio/phone masts. The trig point is SW to these two masts. Retrace your path to the start. I hope you have a better day than we did as we had a total misty day and saw nothing!
