Itinerary description

The long way around the creek on Belmont Beach to save getting my feet wet. Warning this trail crosses private property to get from the bush land behind the beach to Kalaroo Road. It was not my intention to do so. There was a gate but no fence at the property boundary. There was a “private property” sign at the Kalaroo Road boundary I saw after crossing the private land. I would recommend getting wet feet and crossing the creek at the beach and save a few Km’s and drop off the Fernleigh track section of this trail. Exit the beach near the Belmont Sewerage treatment plant is okay as is crown land. It is worth walking out along Cold Tea Creek.
