Itinerary description

This walk starts from the Tallanbana Picnic Area further south from Springbrook along the Springbrook Road.

The walk of 17.0k passes many impressive waterfalls. The first of them is Rainbow Falls, a 60metre drop, 15 minutes into the walk. Next is Goomoolahra Falls, a sequence of falls on Mundora Creek dropping 280 metres and then Ngarri-dhum Falls before reaching the junction to The Pinnacle.

The walk to The Pinnacle adds another 3.0k and 1.5 to 2.0 hours to the walk, although we did not do this today but continued on to the Meeting of the Waters (confluence of two creeks), the Gooroolba Falls, Poonyahra Falls, Poondahra Falls, Blackfellow Falls and eventually past Canyon Lookout, Tallaringa Lookout, Bellaringa Lookout and Twin Falls before arriving back at the Tallanbana Picnic Area.
