Itinerary description
Moderate trail above Hetch Hetchy Reservoir with scenic views of the surrounding peaks. Trail is easy to follow with a series of rock steps. There is limited shade and bring plenty of water. The road opens at 8am and closes at 5 pm. Start early to avoid the heat. Although the falls were dry mid August it's a scenic hike away from the crowds in the Yosemite Valley.
