Itinerary description
In the 90's, there was Wyn Sargent, an American anthropologist. She married Obahorok, a chief in the Baliem Valley. Wyn later wrote a book
People of the Valley, Life With A Cannibal In New Guiena Trible. Three months after a splashy wedding that Wyn GOI deported by Indonesia for violating residence permit. Pabuma Obahorok of the village, had died. As the head of the tribe, was replaced by his son, named Refael Donga. Pemuba village, about 10 km from the town of Wamena, located in the middle of the vast expanse of the valley, as part of the Baliem Valley. I was in this village, to visit the family residence and Obahorok. I met a widow who has been blind Obahorok, Mama Dekeh. I want to build a mini Meseum to Obahorok who have contributed to the jungles of Papua, especially Dani. Please help ...!
