Itinerary description

EN: Start: from Infinity Shopping Center

The route descends past the Mudam Museum of Modern Art and through Vauban's fortifications to the Alzette Valley. From here you pass two small climbs through perhaps the most picturesque part of Luxembourg, first the Bock casemates and then the Rham plateau. We continue along Alzette on Bisserweg, the new bike path, which we leave with a new steep climb on Fort Dumoulin Street. At the end of the climb we are in the quiet Cents neighborhood that we cross entirely from west to east. We descend through the forest to Neudorf and reach Kirchberg again on the Rue des Marguerites. We pass the d'Coque national sports center and the European institutions and arrive at the place of departure.

I have followed this trail  verified  View more

The views from Kirchberg and from the center absolutely fantastic! As you leave Pfaffenthal to climb up to Cents and all through Cents the walk deteriorates and doesn’t improve until the climb back up to Kirchberg where the walk ends in and around the European Institutions.
