Itinerary description
Walking steeply downhill from Berowra station to Waratah Gully then along Cowan Creek to Apple Tree Bay then back up a very steep track to Mount Kuring-Gai Station. Ignore the little bit beyond the station. I forgot to turn go the tracker until I was on the train :)
