We did this trail today - at least tried to. The first part was very nice and scenic, however, the final leg after crossing SP2bis for the second time (if doing the hike clockwise) does not work anymore since the properties up the hill are now completely fenced in. We discovered this the hard way including climbing over some fences. The easier way would be to shorten the hike and return via the Castello di Radda winery - still a worthwhile hike.
