Wadi Naqab is an excellent cardio hike, with lots of shade.
Note: please carry ample water, food and keep people informed about your hiking plans/trail. It is not recommended to hike this or any of the wadis as a solo hiker as the risks of an injury or a fall are high. This is strictly a day hike and I wouldn't try hiking Wadi Naqab post mid day.
