Wadi Qadaah to Jebel Qadah Summit Hike.
I consider this Trail as suitable for the Advanced hikers only due to the Demanding terrain, Elevation Gain and Distance.
We Hiked Jebel Qadah from Wadi Qadaah approach, that is similar to Leopard Canyon start point.
The Start point is 10 kms into the offroad graded road from the Jebel Jais road towards Challenging Adventures.
The Start point is accessible by AWD or 4WD vehicle.
The Parking location is 25.753378, 56.133627
Please do not block the road / make noise as there is a Functional Village, the residents will not like their life being disturbed.
The initial section of the Hike is same as Leopard Canyon.
Once you reach the Fork of the Leopard canyon Trail, keep straight and all the way go Straight.
Soon the Wadi will turn Right and Left.
There you can see the Cave at height, with no access to it.
You continue in the Wadi and soon the wadi Boulders will get into loose Rocks, and almost all the Path up is Steep and full of Loose Rocks till you reach the SPAR Mountain pass.
This whole section of Loose rocks is steep and needs good balancing.
Once you reach the SPAR mountain pass, you can see Hebs Villages and Jebel Jais summit Range.
You turn left towards the Qadah mountain and climb up all the way till the Summit where the Summit Pillar is installed. This section will require Scrambling, basic Climbing etc.
Need to keep your Balance.
The Views from the Summit are impressive with all of Oman Musandam mountains, Wadi Sal, Wadi Bih, Jebel Jais, jebel Tafif, Yanas mountain, Yibir mountain and Bahar village section.
From the Summit, we hiked to the next Peak a KM away that has massive UAE Flag installed.
That Summit has impressive views too.
From there we returned back keeping in the same elevation and gradually lowering towards the Hebs village and finally descended into the Hebs village.
It was steep Descent with Climbing Skills and Scrambling.
Then we connected back to the SPAR Pass and returned back to the cars through the Steep and loose Rocks section.
Do Not Try Any Mountain Hikes If You Do Not Understand The Mountain Terrains, Dangers From Wildlife, First Aid, Hydration And Snacks, Your Own Fitness, Remote Activity Preparations, Communication Tools, Mountain Geography, Topography, Risk Factors, HSE Requirements, Hiking Risks, Fitness Level Of The Group Members.
Study All Above Matters Well Before Following Any Trails That You Find Online. Please Do Not Over Estimate Yourself.
Better Be Safe Than Put Yourself / Group In Danger And Regret Later.
Lately We Have Seen A Lot Of Unwanted Hiking Incidents That Could Have Been Avoided With Better Preparation.
Wish You All The Best.
