Itinerary description
Wadi Al Munay‘. Loop topping of at a peak gaining 1000ft before coming down the other side to close the loop.
Start point: A small dam

- Starts on a clearly marked trail passing besides a camel yard
- The first part of the trail is fairly straight forward besides a dry river bed
- The second part is a rather steep hike to the top gaining 1000 ft
- Third part is a scramble down to the other side of the mountain..
- Fourth part is simpler walk down to rejoin the first part of the trail to complete the loop
NOTE:
- This hike has a section that require scrambling while coming down is also steep. Gloves will come in handy.
- For beginners, should be attempted after few treks on flatter terrain
