Slightly sceptical about the "walkability" of this itinerary. I ckecked on Wadi Kafrein at the level of Qasr al Abed and clearly the wadi itself is not walkable: very rocky, lots of shrubs. It's virtually impassable. The slopes overlooking the wadi are also very steep at this point and are a mix of private plots and agricultural lands.
Maybe other sections of this itinerary are better suited for a hike. In the meantime, and although Wadi Kafrein is beautiful seen from above, one probably has to focus on the Jordan Trail path from Iraq Al Amir to Kafrein Dam, further to the West.
