Return to the small island of Gili Air, within a small archipelago northwest of the island of Lombok, in turn in the archipelago of that great country that is Indonesia. Gili Air is perhaps the most interesting of the three islands as a center of operations since it has enough accommodation and restaurants without being overwhelming, so it has the exact balance between a quiet place with services (although in the end it is quite a lot of people visit).
The return to this island is a pleasant walk that is done without haste in a few hours, contemplating the life of both tourists and locals. There are small beaches where it is very comforting to stop to contemplate or to take a bath.
From this island we hired a boat tour to visit neighboring Gili Meno (even quieter than this, but perhaps with fewer accommodation possibilities) and to snorkel.
