Hello there, I have noticed that in this trail the middle section does not follow any tracks shown on OpenStreetMaps. I'd like to know if it is easy to follow the trail. I've been walking in the area and I know for experience that sometimes tracks are not clear at all and signposts are virtually non-existent.
Since I usually spend some months every year in the Filiatra area I'd like to follow this trail.

You're right! There is no obvious path in the middle. To reach the top you can follow my path in the wikiloc application. We started from the village of Vryses and at the end of the dirt road, we turned left and went up the hill. It is a very nice route quite uphill with a wonderful view. We went down from the other side and reached Kyparissia. A year ago we had climbed the same mountain from Kyparissia and returned. It may be easier to follow in the footsteps of this route.
