Itinerary description
Actually this trail combines the two - Vouni Panagia (short linear) and Vouni (long circular).
It provides for a lot of observations for those who are interested in viticulture as the path goes amongst numerous vine yards with mostly indigenous vines (Xynisteri, Maratheftiko and Mavro).
As well nearby the village there are two monasteries which may be of interest to visit as well as Kolios and Vouni Panagia wineries.
TERRAIN: concrete, tarmac, gravel and mud roads. First 2.5-3 kms is constant ascent, the last 4 is mild descent. Poles will be helpful for ascending.
SEASON: no shade, however during cool seasons there are quite cold winds in the area, so get dressed warmer.
SIGNS: the trail is mostly well signposted both with directions and plants species. Though despite that some old (wooden) direction signs are missing, the trail is still definable. There are some resting places as well.
KIDS: definitely walkable with kids from 6-7 yo especially if they were trained previously. Younger age is also possible if parents are confident in their kid’s stamina.
Trail start is in the village, so parking is possible on any free spot you find around.

I did it last year, it’s a very nice trail with an amazing view of Panagia and Kannaviou’s dam. Marianna’s explanations are very clear.
Thanks for review!
