Itinerary description
Start in Hainstadt, cross to Großkrotzenburg, then into the forest along the Bavarian border, along the shelters at Barbarossaquelle and Heinz Bucher Schutzhütte via Michlbach to Hahnenkamm, then down to Alzenau. Then the weather worsened so I took the train back, but completing the loop back to Hainstadt is also possible (just long).
