Vom Haslhof zur Göflaner Alm (Vinschgau)

Eigentlich ist der Startpunkt der Tour der Haslhof aber die Aufzeichnung beginnt beim Meiringhof (ein paar Meter talabwärts), weil wir dort unsere Ferienwohnung hatten.
Es gibt ein paar heikle Stellen, deshalb sollte Mensch auf jeden Fall tritt sicher sein.
Mensch sollte auch bedenken, vor allem jene die aus dem Flachland kommen, dass je nach Kondition und Alter (meine Mutter war zu dem Zeitpunkt 85 und hatte kurz unterhalb des Ziels Schwindelanfälle und Kreislaufprobleme bekommen), die Tour immerhin auf knapp 1900 Höhenmeter führt. Gerade das letzte Wegstück ist ziemlich steil!

Wenn es vorher viel geregnet hat, könnten manche Stellen auch heikel werden, denn es geht manchmal ziemlich steil runter und ein kleiner Gebirgsbach ist auch zu queren.


Die Göflaner Alm ist wirklich zu empfehlen: schöne Lage und Aussicht, große Terrasse und engagiertes Personal und Küche.

Wer noch weiter und höher hinaus möchte, der muss sich ab der Gölfener Alm auf alpine Bedingungen einstellen.


Actually the starting point of the tour is the Haslhof but the recording starts at the Meiringhof (a few meters down the valley) because we had our vacation apartment there.
There are a few tricky spots, so man should be safe in any case steps.
Man should also consider, especially those who come from the lowlands, that depending on the condition and age (my mother was 85 at the time and had shortly below the goal dizzy spells and circulatory problems got), the tour still leads to almost 1900 meters in altitude. Especially the last part of the way is quite steep!


In realtà, il punto di partenza del tour è l'Haslhof, ma la registrazione inizia al Meiringhof (a pochi metri a valle) perché lì avevamo il nostro appartamento per le vacanze.
Ci sono alcuni punti difficili, quindi bisogna essere sicuri di calpestarli.
Bisogna anche tener presente, soprattutto per chi viene dalla pianura, che a seconda delle condizioni fisiche e dell'età (mia madre aveva 85 anni all'epoca e ha avuto vertigini e problemi circolatori poco sotto il traguardo), il tour porta fino a quasi 1900 metri di altitudine. Soprattutto l'ultima parte del sentiero è piuttosto ripida!

Se ha piovuto molto in precedenza, alcune parti potrebbero anche essere difficili, perché a volte scende abbastanza ripidamente e c'è anche un piccolo torrente di montagna da attraversare.


Il Göflaner Alm è davvero da raccomandare: bella posizione e vista, grande terrazza e personale e cucina dedicati.

Se vuoi andare ancora più lontano e più in alto, devi essere preparato alle condizioni alpine della Gölfener Alm.



If it has rained a lot before, some places could also be tricky, because it goes down sometimes quite steeply and a small mountain stream is also to cross.


The Göflaner Alm is really recommended: beautiful location and view, large terrace and dedicated staff and kitchen.

If you want to go even further and higher, you have to be prepared for alpine conditions from the Gölfener Alm.
