Lake Bohinj is one of the best known in Slovenia, along with its much more crowded neighbor Bled. It is part of the Triglav Natural Park and is surrounded by mountains and offers multiple activities. On this route, it is suggested to go around it in a counter-clockwise direction from the Stara Fužina car park.
You start walking on the east side and immediately turn to the north, the gentlest part of the route, because there is only the path. You pass by the source and find small beaches occupied by families who spend the day here. The path is flat and has no difficulty. There is only one point, on a peninsula, that the path separates from the shore of the lake.
Once on the west side, you will find some first houses and then a rather large and busy bathing area. Once past this point, the path leaves the shore of the lake again, enters a road and crosses a bridge over a river, the Savica, with very turquoise waters. Further on, at a bus stop, there is a kiosk where you can buy food and drink and there is also parking if you want to go up with the cable car.
You have to continue a section along the road and you will reach a campsite. It is entered and crossed without any problem. First an area of pitches and later a free camping area. The path leaves the campsite and continues parallel to the lake, but it is no longer as pleasant: roots and branches make it slower.
Soon, however, there is a path on the other side of the road, better to take it because that way you can move forward without problems. You pass a car park with a kiosk like the previous one and make your way along the side of the road. In this case, it is not so nice because the road is there and it is quite busy.
The path passes by the Church of the Holy Spirit and from here you start to find some hotels and residences. But there is still a little left for the town. You have to walk more and you get there, here you can find everything from restaurant services and a supermarket. Also on the shore of the lake is a beautiful sculpture of a roe deer.
Continue along the road and cross the bridge next to the church of Sant Joan Baptista. Once you've crossed, follow the signs and you'll get back to the car park. Where there is a bar and restaurant, while there is also a bathroom area.
It is a simple route, it only has a certain difficulty in its length, but for the rest there is no notable difference in level and between the fact that there are well-marked paths and people passing by, it does not present many difficulties when traveling it either. For this reason I qualify it as easy.

Buena ruta. La hice en agosto y hay demasiada gente. Quizás en otra época sea más agradable.
Gràcies. per la valoració i el comentari, JM Zambrana. Sí, jo també la vaig fer a l'agost i està molt ple de gent.
