Itinerary description
Circular hiking trai starting with the Vista do Rei trail followed by the Mata do Canário and almost the the end we took a shortcut (through a cow medow so not an official trail but very easy and with good visibility to the end of it) to reach much faster the viewpoint (miradouro) of Boca do Inferno.
Then from there instead of walking on the main trail to the main road we tool another shortcut to the main road saving us a few km and at least 1h. Again not a signed trail but it was a clear path getting a bit rough towards the end. Bit well worth and not too difficult with good physical form.

Realizamos esta ruta en septiembre de 2019 y tenemos muy buenos recuerdos de ella. El sendero está correctamente delimitado y es muy sencillo de seguir. Aunque nosotros lo hicimos en el sentido de las agujas del reloj al igual que ellos, según la condición física que tengáis o del tiempo, os recomiendo realizarla en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj ya que de esa manera evitareis una subida constante a partir de la mitad del recorrido y que se vuelve más pronunciada en sus 3/4.

A nice trail for those who want to experience the nice scenery form the top of the main crater, have a nice lunch in the village and have a bit of climb back to the car. The trail can be easily completed within 3-4 hours.
