Itinerary description
Improvised trekking.
It is of medium difficulty up to the Frey refuge, then the difficulty increases to medium-high (you need climbing experience, good shoes and trekking sticks). We spend a couple of hours in the refuge where you can eat and refill water (help by lowering garbage).
The return was on the other side of the hill, it is quite difficult, you have to follow the paint marks on the rocks. It is necessary to do it with very good light and with care because you go along the edge of the rocks.
When you get to the chairlifts you can go down in them, in our case we arrived late (5pm) and we had to walk down (I do not recommend it, it is not a good route).
Do not forget not to leave garbage anywhere and bring plenty of water. The wind in the afternoon is quite strong.
