The Katun of Popović family from Medun was abandoned a few years ago when the Popović families moved to the area around Bukumirsko Jezero, however, some huts are still functional. Among the deserted huts you can still spot remnants of the infamous Kuči Woiwods hgut: Marko Milijanov Popović. From Katun Carine the markes path leads over a steep grassy slope past a few plentiful mountain springs to mounatain pass Kom which separates Kom Kučki from Bavan summit.
