Itinerary description
Long but not technically difficult, you'll climb several mountains but you'll also hike large and comfortable routes.
From Badolo, at the roundabout (there's only one!) take the ascenting route. After few hundreds meter, follow the sign for "Via degli Dei": a steep hike will take you to the main route.
From here, you'll reach the top of Mt Adone with another ascending route, but after you'll reach the summit, it's time for the downhill clim! You'll eventually reach Brento: turn right and follow the car road for few kms. You will cross multiple times the road, hiking in little forests and plains.
You can follow the route until Monzuno, bmthis GPS tracks skips a detour that is actually part of the official via degli Dei. At Monzuno you'll find plenty of bars, restaurants and markets for your launch.
After the launch stop, take a breath and start climbing headed for Madonna dei Fornelli. The journey is quite beautiful, lots of green forests, parks (like the Piana dei Castagni). You'll reach Sasso Rosso, and Mt Galletto, passing close to few wind turbines.
Now, the road is easy and descending until Madonna dei Fornelli, where you can stop for dinner and for the night.
