Itinerary description
It's a classic half-day hike around Podgorica, to stay in shape.
We started from the village of Gornji Rogami, following a marked trail (with freshly restored marks), but then abandoned it at some point before junction with another trail going from Smokovac (itself partly destroyed due to construction of the highway). We just turned left at that point and relatively quickly reached a macadam road, built probably for transmission towers, one of them actually serving us as landmark. We walked up the road and relatively quickly reached the peak. On the peak, there's a newly installed metal register box.
We descended following the marked trail (to make it a partial loop), but regretted it a bit. The marks are clearly visible all the time, but the trail itself is rather ugly. It's very stony and you need to be careful where you put your foot all the time.
Before the end of the hike we made a detour to visit a local orthodox church.
All in all we made a total elevation gain of some 500m and the whole hike (up and down) was 8.5km long. Not too bad.

Followed the trail in January 2023 as a solo hike and agree with all bits of the description. Thanks for sharing it!
