Itinerary description
Crni Lug - Horvatova staza - Veliki Risnjak - Medvjeđa vrata - Crni Lug. Uphill trail via Horvatova staza is more interesting than the return path. Beautiful nature, mostly through the forest, only final 20 minutes to the summit on the rocks. View from the top extraordinary beautiful, Gorski kotar, Snežnik in Slovenia, Krk & Cres, Kvarner... Food & drinks available in "Schlosserov Dom".

Even if the path is marked, sometimes it's not clear andit was easier with this gpx file on my watch. Nice hiking in the woods, with a funny more technical part to reach the top of the mount, need to pay attention especially when going downhill, but nothing really too technical. Nice hike!
