Itinerary description

On our visit to Slovenia, we wanted to visit the area of mountain pastures and shepherd huts in the Kamnik Mountains.
We plan to reach Velika Planina, with the cable car, with which we overcome the first large slope, then a climb of approximately 35 minutes that we do on foot (it can be avoided by taking a transfer van from the cable car for 8 euros per person) to the Vozni Red mountain cafe, where we start our route itself.
Velika Planina is the area of summer mountain meadows, where cattle have used the pastures since ancient times, and where the picturesque shepherds' huts and shelters are located.
The visit to Velika Planina can be done a little to your liking, reaching one or another village of cabins or shelters and shortening or lengthening the route depending on physical fitness, weather and the time you want to spend on it. (to take into account the time with the last descent cabin on the cable car, I don't remember the time)
