Itinerary description
Trail to the summit of Východná Vysoká which also passes through the Velická valley.
We started our trail at the parking in Tatranská Polianka. The parking itself only costs a few euros and is sort of guarded. You can also park for free down the road on the 537. From the parking you can choose between a few different trails to get up to the Horský hotel. From there on only one trail will bring you to Východná Vysoká. We opted for doing different routes for our way up and down, which is given in this wikiloc recorded trail.
Expect lots of chains and steep slopes at the upper part of the trail.

Easy to follow
Scenery
Difficult
The first part of the trail is difficult and uninteresting. In the part till summit there will be more nice views, but it will be steep and some parts do not have trail at all. The views from summit are worth the trip though. We did not reached Vychodna Vysoka (it was visible, but we were quite late, so decided to go back).
