Itinerary description

We parked at the Vaughn Springs picnic area, plenty of parking, picnic tables, bbq's and toilets. We headed over the small bridge down from the weir, followed the Goldfields track until the Gurr tack. From here we bush bashed following an old vehicle track which was barely visible in places, we headed north towards the Loddon river, found a place to cross at Glenluce springs, over some fallen logs and branches, ( wouldn't be able to cross after rain). we followed the dirt road out up to the junction of Vaughan-Chewton road, here we turned left and picked up the Goldfields track and back to the starting point.
A bit of walking along bitumen roads, not the best of walks.
