The settlement is located 12 km southeast of the district center, on the edge of the Gabala-Ismayilli highway, on the left bank of the Vandam River, at the foot of the Main Caucasus Range.
It is mild in nature. There are seven beautiful waterfalls at the foot of the mountain in Vandam settlement. There are seven floors here, although there are no seven waterfalls. Most of the tourist facilities in the region operate in this settlement.
