Itinerary description
Partenza dal parcheggio di Valnontey, abbiamo seguito il sentiero 18b che passa dietro il giardino Paradisia. Il percorso, battuto e ben segnalato, prende subito quota con diversi tornanti. Si passa attraverso un bel bosco di conifere per poi uscire all'aperto. Superato il ponticello che porta sulla sponda destra del torrente, si superano i vecchi alpeggi di Toules e di Pascieux. Un secondo ponticello riporta sul lato sinistro del torrente ed all'alpeggio del Gran Lauson. Da qui con un ultimo sforzo, il sentiero prende nuovamente quota in modo repentino, si arriva prima al casotto dei Guarda Parco ed infine al Rifugio Vittorio Sella.
Per il rientro si segue lo stesso sentiero dell'andata.

Starting from the Valnontey car park, we followed the 18b path that passes behind the Paradisia garden. The route, beaten and well marked, immediately takes altitude with several bends. You pass through a beautiful forest of conifers and then go outside. After the bridge that leads to the right bank of the stream, you pass the old pastures of Toules and Pascieux. A second bridge leads to the left side of the stream and to the Gran Lauson pasture. From here with one last effort, the path again takes a sudden altitude, we arrive first at the Guarda Park shed and finally at the Vittorio Sella Refuge. For the return, follow the same path of the going.
