Itinerary description
Steep herder's trail accessible directly out of Rilongzhen. The altitude data is screwed up here (poor GPS reception) but it's uphill all the way from the river. We actually climbed about 1800 feet. I presume that the trail(s) lead to meadows above the trees, but we stopped short of 12,000 feet.
