Itinerary description
Relatively short loop walk through pine and eucalyptus groves. Park near Vale Meão across from the road to the village itself. Be careful of the crossroad intersections and you'll be fine. The walk gets close to the town of Barriera but never quite reaches it. Part of the walk is through a little dry streambed which, during late spring / early summer is covered with ferns.
