Itinerary description
Muleteers paths, quiet roads through small villages, tracks through woodland and alongside the Ribeira de Alportel. We walked this trail after a few weeks of rain. The Ribeira was above any stepping stones so we had to wade through three streams. Very refreshing!

It’s a good little hike, even in July if you start early, much of it is well shaded.
Randonnée agréable. Quelques passages sur la route. A commencer assez tôt pour avoir de l'ombre. Faites en 3h sans pause.
