Itinerary description

A nice narrow/slot canyon hike.
This is probably the most scenic, accessible narrow.

In Cannonville, take the road towards Kodachrome basin State Park.
From the asphalt, turn right signed Skutumpah Road. (Number 500).
Follow this road with steep grades, for 5.9 mile.
The road is drivable by all cars, most of the time, but when you don't have a 4x4 check first.
The road isn't drivable when wet.

The Willis Creek trailhead is on the right and is well signed.
The trail starts at the opposite side of the road and is well marked.

In early May, the water was still running strong, so expect wet shoes.
You can avoid the water most of the time, by hopping left and right.

The narrow, in some places it's called a slot is on some places almost tunnel like.
Don't stop too soon, there are a couple of narrows, followed by some wider parts.

Hiking time: 1 Hour, 45 minutes return, the stretch with the narrows.
