მარშრუტის აღწერა:
მარშრუტი უშგულში იწყება და საქართველოს უმაღლესი მთის შხარას (5201 მ. ზღვის დონიდან) მყინვარისკენ მიემართება და თითქმის მის ძირამდე მიდის. ბილიკის პირველი 7,5 კმ მარტივი კატეგორისაა და სამანქანე გრუნტის გზას მიუყვება. მის შემდეგ ბილიკი საშუალო კატეგორიაში გადადის და ქვიან ზედაპირს და ნაშალ რელიეფს მიუყვება. 2,5 კმ გავლის შემდეგ თქვენ მიადგებით შხარას მყინვარს საიდან სათავეს იღებს მდინარე ენგური. ადგილი საკმაოდ ლამაზი და შთამბეჭდავია, როგორც უშუალოდ მყინვარი, ასევე მთა შხარა რომელიც თქვენს წინ ძალიან ახლოს გამოჩნდება. უშგულში დაბრუნება იმავე გზითაა შესაძლებელი.
Route description:
The route starts in Ushguli and goes to the glacier of the highest mountain of Georgia - Shkhara (5201 meters above sea level) and goes almost to its foot. The first 7.5 km of the trail is of a simple category and follows the dirt motor road. After that the trail moves to the medium category and follows the stony surface and loose terrain. After 2.5 km you will reach Shkhara Glacier where the Enguri River originates. The place is quite beautiful and impressive, both the glacier itself and the Mount Shkhara which will appear very close in front of you. It is possible to go back to Ushguli by the same road.
