Itinerary description
The starting point of this hike is the wadi starting from Bear Grylls camp, where parking is also possible near-by the camp, sedan friendly.
The ascent will follow the wadi. Initial wadi section is a mild bouldering, but it has a steep section of 2 waterfalls. These 2 steep waterfalls can be climbed with careful as the nature designed them in stairs 🙂. Then the ascent continues to the wadi through another steep section , man made stairs available, built in zig zag. Because of the steepness here , I will not recommend doing the hike in reverse. This section is good for climbing but not for decending.
After 4km, the hike intersects with the return way and you can stop and just come back as a loop, or continue until the village. The final section before the village, attention to your grounding and feet must be payed.
We had a 30 min rest at the village, explored the old houses and retured.
Generally, there is a well laid trail but not maintained at its best, as nature has its force during heavy rains.
